Duration : 6+ Months Rate: $50/hr Required skills:HTML Job Description:Job Summary – The Application User Interface Designer responsibilities include the design, development and maintenance of user experience. The incumbent will work closely with the Application Requirements, Data and Web Development teams. Particular focus will be placed on user experience and search engine optimization to support the corporate strategic goals. Job-Specific Requirements: Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or similar field of study is required. Must have two or more years experience with design and development of user interfaces and/or websites. Strong working knowledge of the following software platforms on both Macintosh and PC: Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly applications. Ability to develop front-end applications using HTML 5, CSS and other web related technology.Knowledge of JavaScript is preferred.Brainstorm, research, wireframe design and refine user experiences- all within specific product requirements and target dates.Must possess excellent communications skills, both oral and written.Experience in mobile app design preferred. Must possess solid portfolio of web application design.
