Project Manager Long Term contract Red Bank, NJ Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager in all phases of a project lifecycle · Agile development background (strong) · Front end project experience · Demonstrated experience successfully leading and directing project teams · Proven track record in meeting delivery timelines · Expertise facilitating efficient/effective meetings at any stage of the project lifecycle · Strong verbal, written and presentation skills · Ability to build relationships and effectively interact with all levels of management Desired Skills: • Experience managing projects utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Ability to work as a successful team member and project manager with both onsite and remotely located resources • Ability to motivate team members to meet or exceed project delivery schedules • Must be organized and self-motivated, able to successfully drive projects with minimal supervision • Strong SDLC knowledge and ability to navigate the different phases. • Proven ability to successfully remove project roadblocks • Proficient in MS Project and other project management software tools • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Thanks & Regards, Fazal Mahmood Aspire Systems Inc.
