Duration : 7+ Months Rate: $75/hr Job Description: *Primary Skills:* Technical PeopleSoft HR and CRM *Description:* Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card for this position no exceptions. Hire off of phone interview PS Developer Level 3 support, highly interactive with business teams, BPMs Working with a team of 4 Addressing issues in HCM, CRM, EHS, ERMS, must know these from a support standpoint Deal with demanding customers, react their needs in timely manner, live up to customer expectations with quick response time (same day) PeopleSoft Developer • In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft 9.1 architecture, Installation and configuration of Tuxedo, WebLogic, setup batch servers, creating PeopleSoft databases and technical infrastructure architecture planning. • Architecting and implementing load balancers for web servers and configure failover procedures for application Servers. • Independently manage and execute PeopleTools & Application upgrades, apply patch/bundles application and use Change Assistant. • Hands-on experience with Integration Broker setup, monitoring and troubleshooting, Install and support of SSO , SSL and knowledge on F5 load balancers and CITRIX (ability to access Application designer for Remote employees). • Designing, Administer and maintain a workflow process to migrate the code to multiple environments using Dell STAT tool (Change control management). • Proposes & Implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and Performance of the PeopleSoft application. • Plan & Co-ordinate non-production environment/data refresh activities which will ensure developers/testing/business teams to test the functional requirements with quality data. • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with onshore and offshore development team, consultants, business users and management team in defining PeopleSoft technology solutions based on the business need, which will require complex analysis and in-depth evaluations of Industry standards/technologies. • Experience working with multiple PeopleSoft Applications (HCM, CRM & Portal) with strong Oracle DBA skills are highly desired. • Prepare and Plan Disaster recovery procedure documents.
