So people who have general UNIX, WebSphere and system related support skills. Best is that we can have at least 5 years of IT experience 1. Build/Deployment of app code to non-prod env using ITG tool 2. Build Application using AntHill pro (plus, but not necessary) 3. Deployment Planning 4. Env Readiness - Infrastructure, Application System 5. Deployment Dry Run Plan 6. Deployment Dry Run Execution 7. Deployment Back Out Plan 8. Change Approval 9. Post Deployment Monitoring Validation 10. Infrastructure Management 11. Monitoring Setup and Troubleshooting/Fixing 12. Security Scan (WebScan, Pen test) 13. Working with ETS for new infrastructure (IRD) 14. Setup TWS job 15. Performance Monitoring Testing This person needs to have 2-5 years experience in a Unix environment (need to understand how to navigate (command lines nad syntax). 2 years experience with IBM Websphere or a similar technology: JBoss, Tomcat or Apache. On a daily basis this person will be the middlebetween applications and infrastructure coordinating with SMEs to ensure smooth code deploymentsfrom application to application. Needsto understand the technical aspects from a high level to create deployment plans, contingency plans, and which direction to go if they hit a snag.
