9 month assignment for a Metrics Developer/Analyst Location: Scranton, PA
Target Start Date: ASAP Years of Experience: Senior (7+ years) We are seeking a Metrics Developer Analyst to support the Retirement Technology Insights & Analytics team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the design and development of a dashboard for the CIO of Retirement Technology. Depending on the effort required to support the CIO Dashboard, this person may also be assigned to support the development of other metrics dashboards. The person in this role will report to the head of the Insights & Analytics team and work closely with the office of the CIO to design the dashboard, extract data from a variety of sources and manipulate the data into an easily understandable dashboard format. He/she will work closely with the key stakeholders to understand the data and develop the key data insights to allow the CIO to make key strategic decisions. A data-visualization and reporting tool like Tableau or Cognos will be used to produce the dashboard. •The incumbent should be proficient in data analysis and reporting, have experience using a tool like Cognos or Tableau and have strong SQL skills Responsibilities: Design and development of a dashboard for the CIO of Retirement Technology. During user testing, use SQL to extract data to support result validation. Fix any defects found during testing. Perform other duties on the Insights and Analytics team as required.
