We are looking for Techno Functional candidates:
1)      Supply chain functional (Order to Cash cycle)
2)      Finance, who will also have supply chain.
3)      Customer support CRM and Quoting modules who also has the supply
chain knowledge and Technical background.
4)      Technical who also has knowledge to create BO reports.


Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Client: Dell



The Business Systems Analyst will be the principle interface between the
Dell I/T and technology teams in defining business systems needs,
translating business needs into system requirement specifications, and
assisting in developing the appropriate system solutions. The BSA interacts
with solution architects, and business operations groups to understand
requirements, develop/enhance systems and troubleshoot issues in a timely
and effective manner.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Experience writing SRS documentation
- Strong documentation and requirements gathering experience specific to
Agile development methodology
- Orchestrate improvements in the software development processes and
methods.
- Prior experience in Dell is a big plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Oracle supply chain and finance based modules would be an
advantage - Order to Cash and Quoting
- Develops deep domain expertise, competitive landscape awareness, and
provides consulting on best practices and emerging trends.
- Ensures that business and customer interests are represented, and that IT
is aligned on those needs.
- Develop and maintain software development standards, processes, work
instructions and templates.
- Accountable for project planning, analysis of development processes.
- Owns driving need and priority of a given effort into and through
development.
- Work across the organization gathering needs and driving for agreement on
techniques and approaches.
- Translates business requirements into business solution concepts, user
stories, test case input, BPMN or other documents.
- As needed, provide a "trusted expert advisor" role to both internal and
external stakeholders, ranging from formal advice to customer presentations.
- Help authoring/review of test data.
- Help getting business sign-offs.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree
and 2-4 years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Must be able to work independently with little input as well as
contribute to the team effort to ensure results.
- Experience and familiarity of IT and application development.
- Ability to multitask, drive efforts to completion, with attention to
detail and quality.
- Advanced knowledge in two or more of the following: project management
methodology, defect or problem management, product development, SDLC
methods/approaches (waterfall, iterative, agile/scrum, RUP, etc.),
requirements management, risk management, release and build management,
software configuration management, testing processes.
- Strong computer skills relevant to position are required.
