Our Client is looking for several Clinical Business Analysts Responsibilities:
Ensure solution delivery meets business need and expectations through business requirements gathering Work collaboratively with cross-functional legal practice areas to understand, analyze and clearly document solution requirements across the different legal practice areas Work to translate elicited requirements into detailed functional specification artifacts Validate final solution design satisfies prioritized (in-scope) solution requirements Plan and coordinate test execution for project releases Lead preparation and execution of functional, integration, and UAT artifacts maintaining traceability with documented requirements Facilitate successful and effective execution of the knowledge transfer component of project plans among internal and external team members Serve as tactical IT liaison to business units through building and fostering a partnership Effectively communicate and escalate issues, roadblocks, and risks to management while maintaining responsibility for their resolution Qualifications: Thisrole will focus on health plan clinical inpatient authorization/utilization management/concurrent review processes impacted by the implementation of a new reimbursement methodology. TheBA will be responsible for coordinating the design and implementation of processes, policies/procedures and training required as a result of the changes.
