The ideal candidate will have worked with senior level with business users, gathering and analyzing requirements, pushing back, and creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD's) as well as Use Cases, UML diagrams, and have experience with data modeling or data architecture. 2. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Business Analyst for a Healthcare Insurance Exchange project. 3.) The ideal candidate will need to have worked as a PM in a capacity where they drove requirements into next stage of SDLC, make other pieces go well, can command attention, more engaged discussions with end users, and have led white board discussions. Job Description: On a day to day basis the Business Analysts are expected to work with the business users at the State of MA on the Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) project, to gather requirements, BRD's, analyze, push back and document the business requirements and use cases. Will be working 8-5 but it is a deadline intensive high pressure environment and are expected to work late or even weekends to meet deadlines if necessary.
