Long term contract ~~Front end development~~ · JavaScript development using one or more of the following l*ibraries - JQuery, AngularJS, Ember* · *HTML 5 and CSS*. Experience using Bootstrap or other responsive design frameworks is a plus · Debugging in *Internet Explorer along with Firefox or Chrome* Nice to have · Experience integrating with Java Frameworks including - Spring MVC, Play, NinjaWebFramework or Grails · Experience creating page templets using JSP, FreeMarker or Velocity · Experience creating and running tests with Selenium Searching for web developers to join a team to develop a Web-Based Selling Tool. The details below describe the initial positions we are looking to fill. General Description: · Contract to Hire positions, starting with a 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension. Contract only positions are acceptable but would like to have the option to hire, if possible. · The location for the resources will be in the Richmond office but some travel to Roanoke will be needed. · Candidates should have worked using a Scrum framework. · The number of positions (listed below) are subject to change, however I have current targets of 3-Front End and 3-Java positions for each scrum team. · I will be looking for varied levels of experience but I want to initially focus on more senior resources. · Years of experience is in the 5-7 years' experience range for a senior resource and 2-5 year's range for others. · The specific technologies listed have some existing technologies that are used and others that are not. Although we have not solidified the specific technologies we will use, technologies may change as we establish the architecture and team. · We are getting alignment around using *AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, JSON, Restful services.* · Although potential resources may not have all of our preferred experience, if they have good experience in both Front end and Java, they will be considered.
