Please send me your consultants with rates and work status and pay rates are $53/hr MAX Locations: Charlotte, NC Roseville, MN Sioux Falls, SD Job Description: Application Developer to work on the NowTrac(k) Customer Channels development team within the Institutional Retirement and Trust IT organization. This new team member will work with and take direction from senior developers on the Customer Channels team. They will be engaged throughout the complete application development life cycle from business and functional requirements through technical specifications and design, development, testing, implementation and support. The team member will review and provide feedback on Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documents, will attend JAD sessions to define and clarify functional requirements, will write Technical Specifications documents detailing application design and implementation details, will code and unit-test their application complete with peer review feedback, will support System Test and UAT efforts by defect closure and resolution, and will provide tier-3 production support issue resolution. They will typically be involved in Internet application development activities including screen design and modification, translation and rendering; middleware development, and data access (database) development in a typical three-tier application model. This position will focus primarily, but no solely, upon the Customer Channels area of the NowTrac(k) application which includes Internet (Participant, Sponsor and Broker) access, the Call Center (RSC/PAS) application, and VRU access to the WySTAR 401(k) record-keeping platform. Basic Qualifications: Mid-level (4-8 years of experience) Java developers. In short, they need to be experts in Java/J2EE, OOD/OOP, XML/XSL/XSLT with a focus on middleware development, good work habits and excellent communication skills.
