As the Agile Sr. Business Analyst, the candidate will be the conduit between the business community and the technical community and will work in concert with the business partners and IT project teams to collect clarify and translate business needs and requirements into documented functional and conceptual designs. These artifacts will be used by developers to develop solutions and platforms. As the primary Customer Advocate, the Agile Sr. BA's primary focus will be to drive the efficient delivery of change through analysis, definition and documentation of business needs while identifying potential solutions in accordance with the RN delivery framework. Scope: This statement of work covers the staff augmentation role of an Agile Senior Business Analyst (Business Support Analyst III). The Agile Business Support Analyst will serve as the lead member of an agile team for the FEP Digital eXperience Team. The general scope and duties of this individual will cover the following: * Performing analysis * Developing user stories * Creating and validating acceptance criteria by working with internal customers and collaborating with other team members (Product Owner, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance). * Must have thorough and recent experience working in the agile framework, preferably with SCRUM, and have proven success in an iterative, fast-paced development environment. * Must be an expert at writing Agile style requirements documentation, including User Stories, Epics, Use Cases, and where necessary, functional requirements. * Must be proficient working with requirements and design of mobile applications, including both iOS and Android (iPAD and Tablet). * This position will be focused on elicitation/analysis, collaborating with multiple team and project documentation. * Must work very closely with Product Owners, Development Partners and Testing teams. * Ability to design basic prototypes and/or wireframes using standard photo editing programs is a nice to have. This team member will participate in all scrum related ceremonies such as daily standups, grooming sessions, demos, and retrospectives.
