Let me know asap if you have anyone who is interested.* Client: ADP - This job is telecommuting so the *consultant will be hired via phone and work from home.* Peoplesoft Functional. Technical background is helpful. The candidate will write functional specifications and design documents and work with clients via phone. ADP is looking for resources to help on a couple of specific clients so we’re looking for ADP experience with Enterprise Payroll *or a PeopleSoft Consultant*. This resource must have a functional implementation background that has preferably implemented EV5 or PeopleSoft in the past. Duties for our projects (no matter what payroll system) include but are not limited to: Functional Requirements Analysis and functional specification creation/modification, working with our application custom development resources to provide quality assurance testing of modified code, assisting the client with user acceptance testing and providing needed support and coordination, good communication skills with ADP project managers, ADP payroll team resources, and client resources. They also need to be very organized with the ability to multi-task and juggle several projects at once. These are customs, enhancements, and other projects for our production clients so any change we make typically has some impact to another custom or process so functional HR/payroll knowledge and analysis skills are key. Required skills · *PeopleSoft payroll* · *Payroll Functional Analyst* to work multiple ADP clients. · Non-hosted environments. · Writing functional specifications · Experience working on complex custom interfaces · Prior experience working with complex interfaces and SQR's is helpful. · Even SQL experience w/o being too technical is helpful to have. Description: The primary focus of Implementation Consultants is to provide varying levels of implementation services through configuration, analysis, validation, project planning and professional consultative services to clients to ensure successful implementation. Analysis & Consultation (45% of Time) -Conducts project initiation activities. -Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs. -Responsible for development of design documents (i.e., Specifications). -Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product/service customizations, business process, complex custom reports and special projects as related to implementation effort. Configuration / Integration (25% of Time) -Works and counsels with client on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation and business best practice solutions. -Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of client's data. Validation (10% of Time) -Builds client control information and oversees the pre- and post-implementation testing of products. -Oversees formal hand-off of system and operational services to other ADP departments/clients.
