Summary: The Project Manager will actively manage enterprise-wide large scale projects in accordance with PMO and SDLC procedures. This individual will perform standard project management tasks such as development and management of a project plan, management of the budget, driving meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up on action items. Activities include, but are not limited to: * Maintain overall project schedule and manage delivery of expected project deliverables * Actively track and manage project risks and issues * Manage project budget, forecasting accurately and following-up with appropriate individuals to ensure proper management * Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports, in collaboration with workstream leads * Facilitate project meetings with a published agenda and follow up with meeting minutes, actions and decisions. * Track action items to completion in a timely manner. * Develop relationships with key project stakeholders and ensure appropriate level of participation throughout project life cycle * Foster a positive and collaborative working environment Prerequisites * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum 5 years of experience managing large scale IT projects * Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience operating within a validated systems environment and working in a regulated industry (Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry preferred) * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, and SharePoint * Strong written and verbal communication * Experience working with cross-functional teams * Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) and data warehouse projects a major plus. * Clinical experience is not required but is a plus.
