Duration: 6 months Rate: $40/Hr MAX *Locals only - Must have QTP, UFT and ALM experince * Please consider the following job description. This is a contract to hire and they only accept candidates who can convert to perm without sponsorship: *** We average approximately 150+ tickets/issues a week and 2-3 software upgrades per year. The resource will work with the current UFT SME to resolve issues and assist with the process to certify new versions of UFT. Resource will also assist with application packaging and virtual machine management for the team and outside members of the team, Testing of UFT integrations such as ALM, Jenkins and LeanFT. Resource will assist in documentation for internal team use and to share with external customers. *** Support of Test Tools used by the Enterprise Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Team Member - Quality Solutions has 6 members Responsibilities: Provide high level support for UFT and ALM through tickets and e-mails Complete Proof's of Concept on new versions of the tools Test and Certify packages of our tool suite Support users as they move to new tool version Documentation including user guides, Knowledge articles to be used by the help desk and training materials. Provide demos and training What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? What skills/attributes are a must have? 5+ Years experience in supporting UFT/QTP 5+ Years experience as an admin of ALM. Experience creating Job-aids and training materials. Experience resolving support tickets and working with users to resolve issues. Strong verbal and written communications. Ability to work alone or as part of a team ability to think logically and on their feet What skills/attributes are nice to have? Experience using Rally and working in an agile methodology Experience with LeanFT Working knowledge of VBScript Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred UHG facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) Basking Ridge NJ What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8:00am - 4:00pm What type of interview process is preferred?
