Responsibilities – Provide network project engineering in support of business growth, hardware refresh life cycle management, and operational reliability for the client’s global network. This role supports network projects for our global data center network environments, WAN & LAN connectivity, 3rd level support for network operational issues, and technical consultancy. Specific experience, knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Cisco LAN/WAN is expected and required for this position. Good problem management/resolution capability with hands on ability and customer facing skills. Strong on documentation and processes. Capable of optimizing day-to-day operational stability with the continual need to improve the service and deploy new services, processes and technologies.
