Excellent communications skills Ability to train others on technology through paired programming, knowledge transfer and leading small group sessions Web front end development using HTML, JavaScript and CSS Database programming (on any RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) REST Web Service development (in any one of these two technologies - .NET or Java) Nice to haves: 1.
