* Qualifications:* 5-8 Years software testing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work with minimal supervision, but know when to ask the right questions. Development of testing strategy/plan/cases. Must be analytical, detailed and team oriented. Individual should be results oriented, organized and self-motivated. Proven experience in providing superb client services and support. *Responsibilities:* Provides technical expertise in testing and is responsible for testing quality from start to finish. This includes contributing to test strategies, development of prioritized test requirements and test cases, construction and execution of test plans, and the evaluation of test results. Defines test requirements and cases; participates to ensure test plans and scenarios deliver high quality solutions that satisfy business requirements. Derives test scenarios/cases in accordance with testing strategy and risk based test methodology; ensures traceability back to requirements and solutions, and ensures quality in the representation of defects for correction and during retest.
