Job Description: Client is seeking a consultant with Microsoft OneDrive for Business (ODB) technical expertise to help with the enterprise delivery and support of this technology. Combining SME knowledge of ODB and a strong consultancy skillset this person will be responsible for analysis, solutions design, testing, various deployment activities and second level support. Key Skills : Perform various analyses to facilitate the ODB deployment to the enterprise, e.g., cloud storage usage, ODB ticket analysis, SCCM data analysis Develop and own the Office 2016/ODB deployment plan; this includes designing an optimal plan to assign all laptops and mobile devices to waves, creating distribution lists for the SCCM, communications and mobile teams, and managing adjustments to the plan based on feedback from the deployment. Provide technical support for ODB issues escalated to Level 2Contribute towards deployment and project management activities, e.g., communications, training, KB articles, and identifying risks Candidates should be able to demonstrate expertise in business analysis and collaboration technology, in particular OneDrive for Business, and have strong experience or skills with the following: Deployment of Microsoft Office or ODB to a large and complex global enterprise Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular working with large volumes of data from multiple sources in Excel. Experience providing technical support for ODB. Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization Success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated.
