Strong Salesforce Development – with Apex Prefer Salesforce Certifications Will Hire Over Skype . · Important Skills · Technical – Apex coding experience which is an object-oriented programming language within Salesforce (if they have a strong java or c++ background they will be able to pick this up too and if they understand the technical aspects then the configuration piece will be a no brainer), experience customizing salesforce (there will be 80 % customizing code and 20% new dev) · Soft – Strong communication skills. They will work with their end users to customize and deliver to the needs of the business, and work consultatively as well as hands on technically. They will communicate 80% of the time with the PBM area of the business, with the other 20% allocated to the Retail business. · Three years ago CVS centralized their PMO and pulled QA, BA, and PM resources out of all groups including this one.
