- *IBM BPM* – concepts, components and tools in the BPM. - *BPM* – Teamworks, Processes, BPD, Human Taks, Development tools, version management, Web Services - Database – understanding and writing queries to pull and write data from database is needed. Want to check out the knowledge in SQL queries and other DB interaction. - Eclipse based tools like RAD etc and Java back ground is a definite plus. Would like to check out the knowledge in these 2 areas. Need not be heavy, but these skills are good to have. Any IBM IIB experience would be an icing on the cake. All these are the IBM tools and most of the developers who have the IBM middleware background more or less have these skills. Required / Preferred skills •Development experience in *IBM BPM* tools is required. •*BRE* (Business Rules Engine such as IBM’s Business Rules product ODM) experience is a definite plus and preferred. •*Experience with IIB* and Java is a plus. •Experience working with SQL server DB and writing queries to pull the data is preferred. DB2 and Oracle databases are also considered. •Experience in uDeploy, Git. Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins is a plus. •Possess expertise and thorough understanding of IT concepts including database structures, reference architectures, SOA , software / application development.
