MAX Phone interview followed by an in-person interview Notes from call to help you find the right candidate: • No manager will be onsite • Technical experience with .Net code development, ASP, Java, Script, C#, etc. • Must independently resolve process control crisis situations • Root cause analysis • 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in tube manufacturing • Excellent customer service experience • Must be willing to be on call, plant run 24/7 • Experience with the following: ○ SQL Server and database programming ○ Interfacing computer systems ○ Spanish communication desired • Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field • Personal Skills: ○ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written ○ Problem solver ○ Able to manage time effectively • Technical Skills: ○ .Net code development ○ SQL Server database ○ ASP ○ Java Script ○ C# ○ SSIS, ○ TFS ○ Jquery ○ Knowledge of PLC data interface tools such as OPC servers • Willing to look at candidates that are non-local • Will work onsite in Houston (Address: 9518 E Mt.
