Publish updates schemas for module.xml and services.xml

There aren't any 1.5 schemas published.
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/1_0/resources/schemas/module.xsd and services.xsd
are outdated.
For instance the module schema defines "inflow" but it should in fact read
"InFlow" for the 1.5 versions.
A schema for axis.xml would be preferable as well.
