The code for Client.java in Code Listing 7 calls incorrect method names on stub,
for example stub.DoInOnly(req) which should be stub.doInOnly(req) or
stub.TwoWayOneParameterEcho(req) which should be
stub.twoWayOneParameterEcho(req)
