JAX-WS: Error when processing a JAXB enum that lacks certain methods

A java.lang.NoSuchMethodException:my.app.SampleEnum.fromValue may occur when
invoking a JAX-WS Web service.
The problem will occur if the customer's java class (i.e. my.app.SampleEnum) is
a java enum and does not have a fromValue(java.lang.String) method.
Here is an example error:
Exception is java.lang.NoSuchMethodException:
my.app.SampleEnum.fromValue(java.lang.String)
Solution:
I am changing the JAX-WS runtime to detect the missing fromValue method and use
a different algorithm to construct the enum constant.
