Problem:
Due to a coding flaw, the doc/lit wrapped processing (specifically
DocLitWrappedMininalMethodMarshaller) contains rpc/literal checking.
Solution:
The rpc/literal checking will be removed from this portion of the code. A
testcase validating the change will also be contributed.
