When running on a windows machine on which the package "files for complex
script " is not installed I get an exception when sending the string \n\n\n\n\n
via axis. after installing the package all's well.
On windows 2003 server go to Control panel Regional and language Options
Languages tab "Install files for complex script .."
It is unclear to me why this occurs, it's a mystery to me why installing this
package works, and why I get the exception when it's not installed
