+1 for some javadocs. Looking at the implementation of the
internalGetServiceContextPath method this is the impression I got:
* The context path may or may not contain a '/' at the beginning. This depends
on the value of the contextRoot parameter
* The context path may or may not contain a '/' at the end. This depends on the
value of the servicePath parameter
* With the default settings this method always returns "/services" (just a
combination of the default contextRoot and servicePath parameter values)
