Error while running the plugin which uses axis2-1.4.1 api

Hi,
I am trying to create my own plugin based on the AXIS2 Code Generator 1.3.0.
Which uses axis2-1.4.1 api . I have built my plugin on similar line with the
code generator. When i run my plugin i get the following error.
