I am adding warning message to indicate that public methods along with the one
annotated with @Webmethod will be exposed as webservice with new JAX-WS2.2, the
warning message only implies to migrating application and can be suppressed by
setting LegacyWebmethod=true property.
I will provide a patch for this change.
