I discovered two problems in the JAXBUtils code (which creates and pools the
JAXBContext objects for JAX-WS).
The first problem is that the JAXBContext cache is searched in the
createJAXBContext method with the original key even if "context/package
loading" is disabled.
The second problem is that the JAXBContext is created using the Context
ClassLoader even if a specific ClassLoader was passed into the method. (This
normally will only cause a duplicate construction call, but this flow should be
removed).
I am currently testing these two small changes.
