Hi Nipa,
You've not attached WS-BaseFaults-1_2.xsd. Therefore I can't reproduce this
issue.
Anyway, this is related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-4487 and
it doesn't exist in the latest Axis2 trunk. Therefore, this issue also should
be fixed now. So I'm resolving the issue. If you still get the same error with
the Axis2 trunk, please reopen the issue and attach the above schema as well.
