Devs, I guess this is high time that we should use proper prefixing on the emails subjects to the java-dev@axis.a.o
I propose that we use project names to prefix with square brackets. For example for axis2 dev discussions - [Axis2] rampart dev discussions - [Rampart] WDYT?
