The Axis Project Management Committee (PMC, see [1]) is pleased to announce that Thilina Mahesh Buddhika has accepted the invitation to become a committer and PMC member.
Thilina is a keen contributor for Apache Axis2 and Rampart projects and has provided more than 20 patches. Among those patches, adding SAML2 and WS-Trust 1.4 support for Rampart are the highlights. Further, Thilina has contributed to Apache Rampart through his GSoC project as well as actively answering in mailing lists. He also a contributor to the http://RampartFAQ.com blog. The PMC voted to invite them to join as per Apache process. There were 17 +1 votes and no -1 votes.
