Axis2 WSDL2Java Maven Plugin uses XMLBeans 2.3. It should support XMLBeans 2.4
as well.

Currently the Axis2 WSDL2Java maven plugin only uses XMLBeans 2.3 for
generating XMLBeans data binding. Now there are quite a few bugs fixed in newer
version of XMLBeans 2.4.0. For example the one I am interested in particularly
is XMLBEANS-356

There should be a way to change the XMLBeans' version dependency in the Axis2
WSDL2Java maven plugin.
