Jython custom deployer was never elected to any official build, but is (maybe was ?) supported by WSO2 : http://wso2.org/library/articles/deploying-python-service-axis2 https://wso2.org/svn/browse/wso2/trunk/wsf/jython/server/ Such type of custom deployer doesn't exist anymore?
