The binary distribution doesn't contain a copy of the Bouncy Castle license [1], neither as a separate text file nor as a text file embedded in bcprov-jdk15-140.jar (although it contains a LICENSE.class file). I think that this is a serious issue because it would constitute a violation of these license terms.
There is also a minor issue in the README file which in some places still refers to the 1.5.1 version.
