I had a bit of difficulty figuring out that the root element of axis.xml was
<axisconfig name="AxisJava2.0">. This should be clearly stated in
http://axis.apache.org/axis2/java/core/docs/axis2config.html#Global_Configuration.
I also think the documentation should also state where to find said file. The
same goes for the other two files mentioned in the title.
