Amila,

Seems like you have not understood the issue correctly, so please do not mark 
the issue as fixed.

I agree that service author should set the parameter, but the real bug is why 
not we send the ACK once we see the replyTo header. We do not need to wait to 
send the ACK until we complete the request processing.
