Applying this patch will not complicate the release process. You can simply build the Axis2 from the root as usual. What I meant was the manifest included in this patch was generated using Apache Felix. But you do not require to generate it and update it every time you build it because we are including the updated Manifest to the codebase. Hope this clarifies the confusion.
