Hi Andreas,

Yes. That's correct. It's not a must to use Tycho to build these plugins. We 
can continue to use Felix as we used to do so far.

But there are several limitation in Tycho. One of them is, we cannot use pom 
first approach and eclipse first approach in conjunction in the same reactor. 

This means either we have to have everything pom based or everything eclipse 
based. Consuming a pom based artifact in the eclipse based artifact does not 
support by Tycho.

Hence the second approach I mentioned also fails. I just tried and verified. 

I'll try to verify the consumption of felix based plugins in eclipse feature 
and build it using Tycho.

Any idea how to proceed?
