I am using
$ mvn -U -Drelease clean install
on a subversion checked out ./tags/v1.6.0 rampart source kit and run
into the following BUILD ERROR
Is that normal, or how do I properly build rampart with
apache-maven-2.2.1 on a Windows Vista System

This worked very well to build axis2-1.6.0 but fails now with
rampart-1.6.0
