In Axis 1, we could access a WSDL even if the "WSDL" is in uppercase. But in
Axis 2, we cannot access WSDL with upper case, It gives the following response
in the browser.
<soapenv:Reason><soapenv:Text xml:lang="en-US">The endpoint reference (EPR) for
the Operation not found is /axis2/services/<service_name>?WSDL and the WSA
Action = null. If this EPR was previously reachable, please contact the server
administrator.</soapenv:Text></soapenv:Reason>
