Axis2 and axis1 are two different projects. Axis2 is not the latest version of
Axis1 instead Axis2 is a complete redesign of Axis1 architecture, each of these
project has separate code base, web site , Jira projects and separate
communities as well. You have filled your axis2 related issue on Axis2 Jira,
hence you can't expect any help from here. Please use the link provided in my
previous comment to reach the correct Jira project for Axis1.
