I am using Bin distribution for 1.6.0 and 1.7.0 snapshot versions, and even
though both xalan-2.7.0.jar and httpcore-4.0.jar are present in these
distributions, when a Axis2 Project Facet is added to a Dynamic Web Project in
Eclipse 3.5, these jars do not get copied into /WEB-INF/lib folder of the web
project like how other axis2 api jars get copied.
