I have added initial codes for this improvement. At the moment this provide
following features.
1.) Running axis2:run goal start and deploy current project as a web service in
the Axis2 Simple HTTP server.
2.) default package phase invoke axis2-aar:aar goal and generate AAR archive
for the project.
Some future works
* Improve service class to demonstrate more use cases.
* Improve resource filtering when generating aar archive , may be this need
modifications on axis2-aar plug-in.
