WSDL2JAVA is not generating methods in upper case started in Axis2 version 1.6
as it was generating methods in upper case started in Axis2 version 1.3

I was using Axis2 version 1.3 and generating java code(wsdl2java) from wsdl and
it generates Skelton.java files with upper case started methods. But When i
updated the Axis2 1.3 to Axis2 version 1.6 then it is not generating methods in
upper case started in skelton.java files. It seems some issue with Axis2
version 1.6 .So , please let us know .is this inherited from previous version
or are you guys planning to fix in axis2 1.6 later versions.
