Load runner is used to test performance not functionality, with your initial
description it seems this is a functional issue reported using LR. BTW can you
provide your test service for us ? Better to create simple service without
those database access etc. Also provide generic concurrency numbers instead of
LR specific numbers because I will not able to use LR to reproduce this issue.
