Write XMLStreamReader implementation to provide relavent XML info set from
input JSON request stream and XMLStreamWriter implementation to write expected
JSON response to wire.In this scenario we don't directly convert JSON <--> XML
in advance but use XMLStreamReader/Wirter implementations to do when it is
called.
