As requested on the mailing list, a sample project. When the root project is
build with 'mvn package' the dependency 'commons-lang-2.6.jar' is packed in
'service/target/my-service-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.aar' (lib/commons-lang-2.6.jar) and
in 'webapp/target/my-webapp-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.war'
(WEB-INF/lib/commons-io-1.4.jar).
