Rampart asks the password value via callback and then validates itself.
Would be convenient to (also) be able to make the validation decision in the
callback.
In our case we have a servicebus application that does not has the password
available to properly check it.
So we want to able to answer 'ok' to any password (validation will be done at
the endpoint).
There is a relation with issue RAMPART-385.
